Ruby Taylor

Ruby is the Operations Coordinator at Infometrics, supporting our team and clients across operations, finance, client services and internal coordination. Whether it's streamlining, helping clients, keeping projects on track, or solving the random issue no one else wants to touch, she's usually already onto it.

With more than 20 years of experience across operations, finance, administration and project management, Ruby has worked in infrastructure, construction, consultancy and commercial environments both in New Zealand and internationally. She's known for bringing order to busy environments, improving processes and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Ruby is the kind of person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes - organised, efficient and usually already three steps ahead. Originally from the Philippines, Ruby now proudly calls New Zealand home. Outside of work, she's heavily involved in Wellington's Filipino pickleball community - organising games, tournaments and social events with the same energy she brings to the office. She loves food, bringing people together and office banter with a good sense of humour and winding down with plants and a good TV series.

Ruby has a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Computer Science, combining people focused skills with a practical and system-oriented approach to work
