Transport, Tauranga, and 2020

This month's newsletter has a bit of a transport theme, as we explore the case for a transport system with a greater focus on renewable energy resources.  The announcement by Jetstar that it is looking to expand its domestic network in New Zealand has also attracted our attention.

We've recently done some work as part of our regular quarterly economic monitoring looking at how the Tauranga economy is growing.  This sort of monitoring is just a small taste of our capabilities in terms of regional economies.  We are also able to provide data, information, and analysis on the economy on an industry-specific or sectoral basis.

Finally, our latest five-year economic, building, and transport forecasts are now available - even if you're not a subscriber, you can get a small taste of what the future holds by reading our executive summary.
